i hope you all had a wonderful christmas and enjoyed the time with friends and relatives, celebrating the birth of our Savior! i’m currently on the beach in florida, spending time with family, taking a little vacation from the chaos of the holiday season and soaking up some sun. i’m still trying to delete photos from my phone, so let’s flash back to late spring and sweet summertime and have a little instagram sesh:

{i love a good farm-fresh menu. bulghar wheat and fava bean salad with fiddlehead ferns, strawberries & pecorino. from bolsa!}

{also from bolsa: a strawberry rhubarb tart. the iPad was not from bolsa but i did open it there! it was a late birthday gift from my parents.}

{i always love dinner at my parents’ house. this one included grilled mahi mahi, quinoa, artichokes, pretzel rolls, spinach salad, and carrot cake + some decaf coffee for dessert.}
{this meal at urban taco was a special one. it was the day that i fell in love with my [future] condo and the day that i put my offer down. also, that chips & salsa trio is too good: jalapeño avocado “salsa,” black bean & roasted corn pico, and poblano pepita pesto. um, YUM.}
