here are a few photos from my trip to phoenix for the PMA women’s fresh perspectives conference. i wish i had taken more photos of the people and the food and the event itself [or gotten some videos… especially of the native american dance that we watched on our first evening. it was really beautiful and fascinating to me], but i was too busy learning and having a wonderful time with the ladies. :)
{we stayed at the pointe hilton squaw peak resort. i only wish we had had more time to enjoy the pools and the sunshine a little more!}
{that salad was shaved beets with garden greens and creamy goat cheese, bacon-almond brittle, and lemon vinaigrette. yum!}
{the scenery in phoenix is so pretty and unique.}
{big bird says to eat brighter! join PMA in the fight against childhood obesity. encourage your kids – and yourselves – to eat a rainbow of fruits and veggies every day. their future is looking brighter already.}
{i’m a happy girl when my plate looks like this. #eatbrighter}
thanks for putting on such a fantastic conference, PMA!
